Responsibilities:

  • Responsibilities include managing online sales leads, requiring exceptional organizational skills to track and monitor all internet leads and maintain comprehensive customer files.
  • Duties encompass appointment scheduling and follow-up, establishing a strong rapport with customers, and sustaining meaningful contact post-sale.
  • Mastery of our customer experience policy is essential, as is becoming adept at demonstrating all high-tech features of our vehicles.
  • Welcoming customers into the dealership showroom or lot, providing assistance, and guiding them is key.
  • Efficiently gathering customer information and entering it into our Client Management system is crucial.
  • Support customers in vehicle selection by engaging in thoughtful inquiry and attentive listening.
  • Explain all available optional equipment for purchase.
  • Deliver high-quality, professional presentations and demonstrations of new and used vehicles.
  • Acquire proficiency in all sales process steps according to company standards.
  • Communicate with the Sales Manager about goals, activities, reviews, and analyses.
  • Aid management in upkeeping the showroom and lot, which includes the arrangement and parking of vehicles.

Requirements:

  • Previous automotive dealership sales experience is preferred but not required
  • Must be proficient in email and text message communication
  • Possess good grammar and written communication skills
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Comfortable with compensation based on commission (we pay salary plus flat, volume-based commissions)
  • Enthusiastic with high energy throughout the sales workday
  • Outgoing with a friendly personality, especially while handling objections & discussing pricing
  • Must have a clean & valid drivers license
  • Must be willing to submit to a drug screen prior to employment
