Currently, there is a need to bolster the existing sales department team with the addition of a bright individual experienced in automotive sales.

WHAT DO YOU GET?

  • Money of course: Our compensation plans are designed to optimize growth potential and minimize the risks typically found at other dealerships. For instance, you receive a salary while participating in our top-tier training program. After completing training, you earn a base salary complemented by an attractive bonus and commission scheme. Additionally, we provide bonuses, awards, and a company car for those who average 15 sales. Moreover, should the commission structure not yield satisfactory earnings, we offer guarantees to ensure new applicants feel secure.
  • Yearly Christmas Bonus: As you generate sales, you accumulate funds towards your annual Christmas Bonus, distributed every December. The average bonus payout is $1700 each Christmas.
  • Yearly Vacation Bonus: As you generate sales, you accumulate funds towards a Vacation Bonus that we distribute every July. The average bonus payout is an additional $1700 each summer.
  • Annual Sales Events
  • Company Car:  Additionally, you have the chance to earn the privilege of driving a company car. Achieve and sustain an average of 15 sales per month over a period of 90 days, and you will be eligible to drive a company car as long as you keep up your sales average. To qualify for this benefit, you must be at least 25 years old and have been employed with us for a minimum of 12 months.  
  • Training: Our special 8-week workshop is commencing shortly. It includes eight weeks of initial and orientation classes, followed by continuous ongoing training.
