Job Summary:

We are in search of an Automotive Sales Consultant to become a part of our team. The ideal candidate will build robust relationships with customers, comprehend their needs, and assist them in selecting the perfect vehicle that fits their specifications. The Automotive Sales Consultant will oversee the full sales cycle, from generating leads to finalizing the sale, while guaranteeing customer satisfaction at every step.

Responsibilities:

• Cultivate robust relationships with customers and comprehend their automotive requirements.
• Lead customers through the complete sales journey, from initial contact to finalizing the sale.
• Acquire and sustain comprehensive knowledge of our vehicle selection.
• Perform vehicle showcases and test drives for clients.
• Support customers with financing alternatives and finalize required documentation.
• Engage in customer follow-ups to confirm their contentment and promote ongoing patronage.
• Participate in educational sessions to remain informed about industry developments and emerging products.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of two years’ experience in sales is required, along with strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• The candidate must be capable of understanding and conveying technical information to customers.
• Exceptional customer service skills and the capacity to forge enduring relationships are essential.
• Proficiency in negotiation and sales is also necessary.
• The role demands the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic setting, and to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record are mandatory.
