In pursuit of continued excellence, we’re looking for a Sales and Leasing Consultant to join the dynamic team at Jim Winter Automotive Group.

The perfect candidate will prioritize people, possess a proactive attitude, and have the drive to achieve results immediately. They must be capable of swiftly adapting to changing situations, exhibit strong follow-up skills, and demonstrate thorough follow-through. Professionalism with both staff and guests is imperative. The candidate should be adaptable enough to manage the growth and demands of a fast-paced industry, while also being persistent and systematic, adhering to established processes and embracing training. They should work well with both leadership and colleagues from the Sales and Service Departments to ensure our guests enjoy a stress-free experience.

Hours are Full-Time.  9AM – 6PM, Monday – Friday with either Monday or Wednesday being 11 AM – 8 PM.   Alternating Saturdays 9AM – 3PM are required.  (42-50 Hours per week).

Requirements

  • Adhere to proven sales and follow-up/CRM processes to sell 10+ vehicles monthly.
  • Complete assigned training promptly.
  • Log and track prospects in the provided CRM system.
  • Possess solid written and verbal communication skills, including digital communication.
  • Demonstrate time management skills.
  • Communicate and coordinate with leadership and team staff to meet customer needs.
