Traditions Chevrolet is looking for a dedicated and experienced Chevrolet Parts Manager to lead our Parts Department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for forecasting and tracking department objectives, overseeing operations, and ensuring efficient parts management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Forecast and track objectives for the Parts Department.
• Oversee the daily operations of the Parts Department.
• Receive and stock parts accurately and efficiently.
• Order parts for customers and the service shop.
• Follow up on parts delays and ensure timely delivery.
• Assist the service department as necessary to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and manage stock levels.
• Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors.
• Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external customers.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Parts Manager or in a similar role.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Ability to forecast and track department objectives.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in inventory management software.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• CDK experience preferred.
• Some college classes and above preferred
