Responsibilities

  • Offer guidance and support to customers in financing their purchases.
  • Introduce additional products to customers to improve their vehicle and ownership experience.
  • Structure sales to maximize profitability.
  • Maintain required proficiency and certifications for the position.
  • Desk deals accurately, submit them for lender approval, and close them effectively.
  • Ensure all deals comply with local, state, and federal regulations.
  • Prepare and deliver paperwork and contracts for deals.
  • Conduct thorough post-sale audits of team deals and analyze them for potential improvements.
  • Ensure all contracts are funded promptly.

Qualifications

  • Required qualifications include prior Auto Sales and F&I experience, a strong track record in F&I with a minimum PVR average of $2100+, and a current active VA Driver’s License.
  • Candidates should possess strong negotiation and presentation skills, with an ability to close deals while maintaining above-average CSI.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential, along with a professional appearance and a flexible schedule that includes days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • An eagerness to improve, a college degree (or equivalent experience), knowledge of dealership finance and insurance procedures, proficiency in structuring deals for maximum profitability, and a thorough understanding of title laws and the registration process are also required.
