The F&I Manager at Corinth Auto Group is a Full Time, salaried position in the Auto industry located in Corinth, Mississippi. This individual contributor role is responsible for managing all aspects of the finance and insurance process for vehicle sales, ensuring the dealership’s financial objectives are met.

Compensation & Benefits:

The F&I Manager will receive a competitive salary and benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, and potential bonuses based on performance.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of the finance and insurance process for vehicle sales, including securing financing, preparing documents, and completing transactions.
• Develop and maintain relationships with financial institutions to secure the best financing options for customers.
• Review and verify all sales documents for accuracy and completeness.
• Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations related to finance and insurance processes.
• Offer additional products and services to customers, such as extended warranties and maintenance plans, to maximize revenue.
• Manage and maintain accurate records for all finance and insurance transactions.
• Train and mentor sales staff on finance and insurance processes and techniques.
• Continuously strive to improve dealership profitability by identifying and implementing process improvements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in finance and insurance within the auto industry.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and finance software programs.
• Strong understanding of state and federal regulations related to finance and insurance processes.
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
