The Finance Manager role offers a compensation structure that includes the following: The base hourly wage ranges from $16.00 to $16.00. Additionally, commission compensation is based on the value or volume of completed sales, starting at $0.00 (if no sales are made) with no maximum limit, contingent solely on sales performance. The role may also include a production bonus tied to individual or team performance, starting at $0.00 (if minimum benchmarks are not met) with no predetermined maximum limit.

Responsibilities

  • Utilize a menu system (RouteOne) to sell products.
  • Structure sales to maximize profitability.
  • Maintain required proficiency and certifications for the position.
  • Desk deals accurately, submit them for lender approval, make credit decisions, and close deals effectively.
  • Ensure all deals comply with local, state, and federal regulations.
  • Prepare paperwork, contracts, and deliver deals.
  • Conduct accurate post-sale audits of team deals and analyze them for potential improvements.
  • Ensure all contracts are funded promptly, utilizing electronic contracting whenever possible.

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of dealership finance and insurance procedures.
  • Proficient at structuring deals for maximum profitability.
  • Understanding of loan to value and advance guidelines.
  • Well-versed in title laws and registration process.
  • Professional personal appearance.
  • Expertise in negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Bilingual Helpful.
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Experience with Reynolds.
  • Experience with Dealertrack.
  • Experience with CUDL.
