RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Guide customers in selecting appropriate product protection options for their vehicle purchase or lease.
  • Evaluate customer needs through thorough fact-finding to tailor loan or lease structures that align with their purchase goals.
  • Address all customer inquiries related to vehicle purchasing or leasing with clarity and expertise.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales manager and sales team to ensure seamless transaction processes.
  • Partner with the office staff to streamline paperwork and maintain efficient documentation flow.
  • Consistently achieve a five-star customer satisfaction rating through exceptional service.
  • Negotiate terms professionally and transparently to build trust and meet customer expectations.
  • Research and stay well-versed in state and local titling laws to ensure compliance.
  • Uphold required certifications and maintain proficiency relevant to the role.
  • Collect accurate credit information to facilitate lender approval for financing or lease agreements.
  • Interpret and apply lender programs and guidelines with precision and understanding.
  • Ensure full compliance with all lending regulations and federal guidelines in every transaction.
  • Execute customer contracts accurately, eliminating errors during the process.
  • Conduct meticulous post-sale audits of team deals to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Facilitate prompt funding of all contracts to expedite transaction completion.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • In-depth understanding of dealership finance and insurance processes and protocols.
  • Proven experience in sales, ideally within a customer-facing environment.
  • Exceptional negotiation abilities to secure favorable outcomes for clients and the dealership.
  • Outstanding customer service skills to foster trust and satisfaction.
  • Polished and professional personal presentation at all times.
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills for effective client and team interactions.
  • Advanced proficiency in computer applications, enhancing operational efficiency.
  • Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening as part of the hiring process.
