Mills Auto Group is seeking F&I Managers to join our expanding team.

Our group is on the lookout for top-tier finance managers. As a 19-year-old, privately-owned auto group that values internal growth and promotion, these positions are highly sought after.

The Finance & Insurance Manager’s role involves coordinating the sale of finance and insurance programs to customers, collaborating with the sales team and financial institutions to deliver financial services to our dealership customers.

Duties & Responsibilities include:

  • Sell financing and insurance products and services to customers
  • Achieve targets for the gross production of financial services/products
  • Thoroughly review customer credit applications
  • Fully implement the menu selling process
  • Complete all required documentation for each transaction
  • Keep Customer Satisfaction scores at or above the company’s standards
  • Work with the sales team to manage every customer efficiently and professionally
  • Comply with all legal and regulatory requirements
  • Finalize and submit all financial documents as needed
  • Foster effective communication among team members
  • Support and sustain an exceptional level of Customer Service Index (CSI)

Requirements

  • Candidates must have a minimum of one year of experience in automotive dealership finance and insurance, including secondary financing.
  • A proven track record, a strong history of positive customer satisfaction results, and a team-oriented attitude are essential.
  • Applicants should have an excellent relationship with financial institutions, possess a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record, and be willing to undergo and pass an MVR, background check, and pre-employment drug test.
