WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Diagnose and inspect guest concerns according to repair order notes.
  • Communicate with guests and team leads to determine the nature of mechanical problems through various means, such as inspections, test drives advisor or customer statements.
  • Perform all necessary repairs and work as outlined on repair orders team leads with efficiency and accuracy.
  • Collaborate with all service and parts to understand needs and provide expert service advice for guests and dealership vehicles.
  • Take the initiative to work with service/shop teammates and manufacturers to troubleshoot resolve any issues or challenges that may arise during process.
  • Maintain accurate records of all services performed.
  • Stay up to with the latest mechanical techniques through ongoing training and professional development.
  • Provide excellent customer service to dealership teammates and guests.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring all tools and equipment are properly stored and maintained.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

  • Obtain and maintain ASE Certification within 4 years or per management discretion.
  • High school diploma GED, vocational training, or job-related coursework completed.
  • Team approach and a can-do attitude.

  •  to work effectively in a fast-paced dealership environment independently, handling multiple projects and meeting.
  • Ability to interpret installation instructions, diagrams, andmatics to ensure accuracy and precision.
