Responsibilities

  • Execute repair order assignments promptly and aligned with dealership quality expectations.
  • Assess vehicles through test drives and use advanced diagnostic tools and equipment to check systems and parts.
  • Identify issues, perform upkeep, and mend automotive components like engines, transmissions, electrical setups, steering, suspension, brakes, and A/C units.
  • Work closely with the Service Advisor to relay any extra service needs to customers, including projected timelines for additional work.
  • Conduct warranty repairs following the manufacturer’s precise guidelines.

Qualifications

  • Extensive knowledge and experience in automotive operations.
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
  • Agreeable to undergoing drug screening and background verification.
  • Possession of a valid, unblemished driver’s license is required.
