Kia Mazda of New Bern is in search of an Automotive Service Manager to assist in the growth and development of our team.

Responsibilities

  • Assist customers with service, repair needs, and explain each service requirement.
  • Understand customer needs and concerns; match them to various service options.
  • Stay informed about new products, features, accessories, and attend required product training.
  • Hire and supervise service department personnel, monitoring their performance in customer service.
  • Create and achieve goals for Effective Labor Rate, ASR percentages, Hours Per RO, Xtime Utilization, etc.
  • Ensure warranty work is completed, submitted, and paid promptly.
  • Maintain a high Customer Service Index (CSI) by addressing customer complaints immediately and effectively.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 4 years as a Service Advisor or two years as a Service Manager
  • Strong focus on providing excellent customer service
  • Driver’s License
  • Background Screening
