Kia Mazda of New Bern is in search of an Automotive Service Manager to assist in the growth and development of our team.

Responsibilities

  • Guide customers through their service and repair needs, clarifying each necessary step.
  • Identify what customers want and need, aligning them with suitable service solutions.
  • Keep up-to-date on the latest products, features, and accessories, participating in mandatory product training sessions.
  • Recruit and manage service department staff, overseeing their customer service efforts.
  • Set and meet targets for Effective Labor Rate, ASR percentages, Hours Per Repair Order, Xtime Utilization, and more.
  • Ensure warranty tasks are finished, filed, and compensated quickly.
  • Uphold a strong Customer Service Index (CSI) by swiftly and effectively resolving customer issues.

Qualifications

  • At least 4 years of experience as a Service Advisor or 2 years as a Service Manager.
  • Deep commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Valid Driver’s License.
  • Willingness to undergo a background check.
