Our Automotive Service Drivers/Porters play a crucial role in moving and washing customer vehicles to ensure they are in immaculate condition. They are also tasked with maintaining the facility’s cleanliness by emptying trash receptacles in the service departments and shops, as well as tidying the customer lounge area. Furthermore, they provide support to the Service Director by assisting with a variety of tasks as required.

Competitive Pay:  $18 per hour.

Service Porter Responsibilities: 

• Wash customer vehicles,
• Install seat covers and floor mats while the vehicle is in the service area.
• Sweep and clean floors.
• Maintain discarded cardboard at the rear of buildings.
• Clean the grounds around the dealership.
• Empty and prepare used containers/fluids for recycling.
• Deliver and pick up customers and dealership vehicles.
• Clean the customer lounge area.

Automotive Service Porter Qualifications: 

• Must be able to read and understand instructions and information.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Required to maintain a clean driving record and qualify for company insurance.
• Possess a good sense of spatial orientation.
• Capable of operating manual transmission vehicles.
