Anderson Powersports is seeking a Finance Manager to become part of our dynamic team. The role involves contracting new business, securing financing, managing down payments, and promoting additional back-end products. The Finance & Insurance (F&I) Manager will ensure seamless transactions and the utmost customer satisfaction, fostering long-term customer loyalty.

Essential Functions

  • Greet customers promptly with politeness and friendliness.
  • Address customer concerns and complaints by demonstrating empathy and maintaining a pleasant demeanor, reflecting our dedication to superior customer service and enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Handle telephone transactions with courtesy and efficiency.
  • Ensure accuracy and completion in all transactions.
  • Confirm residuals, rates, advances, and all relevant details before finalizing any customer contract.
  • Serve all customers promptly.
  • Check payoff amounts before processing the deal.
  • Ensure all rebate forms are signed by the customer and include the program number.
  • Collect down payments at the contract time.
  • Conduct customer verifications (OFAC) to prevent identity theft.
  • Be punctual, prepared, and ready to perform essential job functions when scheduled.
  • Comply with all company policies, procedures, and practices. Execute additional tasks as instructed.

Required Education and Experience

  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Candidates must have the ability to read and understand instructions and information.
  • A professional personal appearance is necessary.
  • Applicants should have 3 to 5 years of experience in Finance & Insurance.
  • Strong communication skills are essential.
  • The ability to meet the company’s production and quality standards is a must.
  • Candidates should be capable of interacting well with all customers.
