• Work closely with employees and customers to foster relationships and address gaps in the sales process.
• Establish a referral base by building strong rapport with customers to expand the customer network.
• Provide training and support to the sales team, aiding in closing deals.

• Acquire inventory vehicles from auctions and off-lease returns.
• Conduct trade appraisals, manage desk deals, monitor gross logs, and record RDR cars.
