• Work directly with our employees and customers to develop relationships and help bridge disconnects in the sales process.
• Build rapport with customers to build a base of referrals to establish customer network.
• Provide training and support to the sales staff and assist in closing sales.
• Help manage all other aspects of the sales department.
• Purchase vehicles for the inventory from auction and off-lease returns.
• Complete trade appraisals desk deals, track gross logs, and RDR cars
• Active knowledge on how to use tools such as Vauto, DriveCentric, RouteOne, etc.
• Prior sales leadership/management 4 yrs. of dealership experience required
• Prior new car manager experience
• Must be able to create and maintain customer relationships
• Handle high volume of business with professionalism
• Strong computer skills (Internet, MS Outlook, Auto-Exchange, CRM’s, ADP, Netlook)
• Must understand inventory control 45 day turn policy
• Desk deals for sales professionals and take T.O.’s to maximize deal potential
• Deal with local and national vendors

Must be able to pass pre-employment screens (background & drug screen)
